Today’s Scripture: Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. Hebrews 1:4

We all have many questions about angels. What gender are angels? I could show you in the Bible where sometimes they appeared as men, sometimes they appeared as fire, sometimes as a spirit, sometimes the angels appear as angels. There are millions upon millions upon millions of angels.

Angels are to worship God the Son, the first begotten into the World. Angels aren’t allowed to worship anybody except Jesus Christ. (Hebrews 1:6) Did you know that angels look up to us because we were made in the image of God, and when we are born again, angels look to us?

Angels are not going to be above mankind. Angels are going to be lower than us because we inherit salvation. Why are we going to be higher than the angels? Those who are Christians are part of the body of Christ. They are now higher than the angels. This is a paradox; often we are weak and feeble, not feeling strong at all, but when we are the weakest, that is when we are the strongest. Someday, we as Christians will be judges over the angels.

We know that angels love us because angels rejoice when one comes to know Christ. Angels love us and adore us because we are the heirs of salvation. I am sure they are often perplexed with how often we forget and don’t appreciate what we have.
